The Group
Our foundations.
Grupo Átila brings together companies that do different things and work the same way. It is not a holding that buys and waits, nor a pretty name on top of people who do not know each other.
There are four crafts: operations and processes, artificial intelligence, digital visibility and training.
Four for now. Each has its own name, its own clients and its own path. What binds them is not an org chart.
It is these seven things.
What we do for the people who hire us
We keep our word
Trust is consistency over time. There is no other way to build it and there is no shortcut.
We try to do what we said we would do, when we said we would do it. We would like to drop the “try” from that sentence, but we are human and sometimes we fail. The intent, though, is firm.
Showing up on time for a call, answering quickly when someone needs us, keeping to what was agreed without changing the rules along the way. When we fall short, we want to be told, so we can put it right.
We stay
We do not deliver and disappear, and that is not a commercial detail. It is the difference between someone passing through and someone who stays.
Nothing really changes in a week. It changes over months of continued attention, small adjustments, and someone who knows the history and does not need it all explained again.
We arrive early
We go ahead of the people who hire us, never behind. If we see something holding the business back, we say so, even when nobody asked.
We do not ask the market for permission to try. We test, we measure, and what does not work dies quickly, with no ceremony and no ego to defend.
We would rather arrive before we are expected than arrive late with a good excuse.
How we decide
Useful, not impressive
If you are looking for suits with spreadsheets explaining your own business to you, you will be disappointed.
We have no fixed formula for how involved we get. We step in where we are useful and step out where we are not. Often that is invisible work nobody will praise, and that is fine.
By not deciding on what looks good out there, you decide on what makes the business stronger. Growth for its own sake does not make the cut. Neither does cutting to look good for one quarter.
Whoever does the work decides
There are no layers of approval and no managers carrying messages between the people who think and the people who execute. Whoever does the work talks to the client and defends their choices.
We give context and responsibility, not instructions. It is slower at the start and much faster afterwards.
Failing fast is not punished. Hiding a mistake is.
How we relate
We speak plainly
No jargon to sound difficult, no reports to fill space, no invented good news.
If something went wrong, whoever hired us knows the same day. We prefer the uncomfortable conversation now to the surprise three months from now.
And we know how to say no. When we think an idea is weak, we say so, even when agreeing would be easier.
No drama
Companies are people trying to do something together. Life is short and there are trade-offs, so we choose to work with people we like, on work that matters.
We have little patience for backroom games, careless communication and drama. We want high-trust relationships, ready for the problems that will come, because they always come.
We are fallible too. We enter every conversation with humility and we own our mistakes.
Who rides with us
Companies that work with the Huns.
Big brands and companies on the rise. All of them chose to have the horde on their side.
